Policies and Procedures
It is the customers responsibility to make sure his/her unit is latched and locked securely.
Rent is due on or before the first of each month.
The fee for all returned checks is $25.00
According to the terms of your contract, late fees will be applied on the 11th day of the month if rent has not been paid. Additionally, if rent is not received by the 11th day, your unit will be overlocked and access to your unit will be denied. A fee will be applied to unlock the unit.
The unit will be cleared and swept out, and free of damage at the end of the lease. A 10-day notice is required to terminate your lease. Contact the office during business hours to give your move out notice so a confirmation number can be assigned.
Your unit should be emptied and swept clean upon moving out. All trash and garbage is the tenants responsibility to remove. Do not use our dumpster.
Occupant is responsible for providing insurance on their belongings in their storage unit. Blue Lagoon is not responsible for damages caused by water, snow, vandalism, fire, tornado or theft.
Please allow 24-48 hours for snow removal from the driveways. The first three feet in front of the unit is your responsibility to clear.
Occupant is responsible to notify the office of any changes to address, phone, emergency contact, and employment..
